Its myself Adrian Gray that will take your phone calls and messages and also visit you at your property for any of your locksmith needs. I don't believe in outsourcing m work or working with expensive call centres and advertisers. This helps me keep my pricing low and competitive. You can trust that I am a good hardworking local locksmith that's fully DBS/CRB Checked meaning I am a safe contractor and I have full liability insurance for peace of mind. I am a head locksmith which means I am have been trading for less than 10 years experience in the industry. After 10 years I will become a Master Locksmith. So you are in good hands. I am also a voluntary member of the Guild of Master Locksmiths UK meaning I have a strict code of conduct and value for money pricing meaning we do NOT charge any call out fees on standard working days or nights. I chose to operate at a standard labour rate. We do charge per hour but I mostly charge for the job. So some locksmiths would charge £85 per hour and normally find a way to get 2 hours r more then parts on top and a call out fee of £50 - £100 on top along with fuel charges and then add VAT. Being part of the Guild of Master Locksmiths means I don't do any of that. I charge a set labour fee, normally £45 for the work being done and then parts on top. So a euro lock change on a UPVC door would be around £45 labour and a lock could be £15. Total £60. That it. No other charges and we normal give the door a free service with £29.99 because we have been changing parts. We like to make sure the door is aligned correctly to prevent further issues or myself being called back out as the door is sticking etc. We also don't charge VAT as we don't claim it. Its really that simple. We forgo it to keep our pricing as low as possible.
